White House Minority Health Forum

On April 19, 2024, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy hosted its inaugural White House Minority Health Forum to recognize National Minority Health Month and to highlight progress, discuss challenges, and identify actions that the federal government and private sector can take to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequities for racial and ethnic minority communities across the country.

Commission on the Status of Black Men and Boys

On April 16, 2024, the Caucus on the Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys, presented Healthcare in Action: Using Data to Address Disparities. This event highlighted health plans and community organizations addressing disparities in care delivery for Black men and boys by leveraging data and community partnerships.

Brookings – Policy approaches to well-being for diverse communities

On December 15, 2023, the Brookings Race, Prosperity, and Inclusion Initiative held a policy-focused conversation on community well-being. Panelists discussed what well-being is, the work they have conducted in a variety of communities on well-being, and the strategies and policy approaches that are important to putting diverse communities on the path to well-being and equity.
